How long has Prime Scratch Cards been operating?

Prime Scratch Cards was launched in 2005, although is part of the larger Prime Gaming group which has been operating since 2003. After successfully launching Prime Casino, Prime Backgammon and Prime Poker it was decided there was plenty of room in the market for another Prime brand, and it’s been going from strength to strength ever since.

We understand Prime Scratchcards was re-launched in August?

Yes, after extensive research, and listening to our players opinions, we decided to re-design the site. We felt it needed a fresher look to better reflect the Prime Scratchcards brand, and we also wanted to make certain features easier to find. We’re extremely happy with the results, and our players agree! There are more people joining and those on the site are buying more scratch cards. We’ve kept of course the £5 FREE that all new players receive, but just made Prime Scratchcards even easier to navigate, so our players can find all the information they might need even quicker than before.

Do you have a VIP club?

Yes, we appreciate that there are many sites to be played at, and want to reward the players who keep returning to ours, so for our VIP players we have Club Pearl. Basically the more people play at Prime Scratchcards the sooner they will earn membership of this. We offer Club Pearl members extra perks; for example whenever we launch a new game they get to try it out first, as it’s released to them a few days before other players can play it. We also offer them enhanced bonuses, quicker withdrawals, exclusive promotions and a personal Account Manager.

How often do you launch new games?

At least 2 new games are added to Prime Scratchcards every month, sometimes more. Although we know players really enjoy the games we have, we feel it’s important to keep adding new games to give players something different to try. We always offer a special promotion when we launch a new game, so players can try out our latest scratch game and, if they are not one of our lucky winners, we’ll give them back a certain percentage of their losses. As of 1st December we have 50 great scratch cards games available. In November we’ve added Music Room, Ice Land and X&O, and there are a lot more on the way!

Do you have many winners at Prime Scratchcards?

Oh yes, we have lots of winners every day. Some win small amounts, although in the last few months we have also had a couple of winners who won €50,000 – which works out to be just over £45,000. When players are on the site they can see a list of the latest winners, which will hopefully give them some encouragement if their own name isn’t there yet. One of every three cards is a winner, so they’ve got far better odds with Prime Scratchcards than they have with the lottery!

Have you personally spoken to any of your winners? Apart from ‘thanks’ what else did they have to say?

I’ve spoken to quite a few of the winners, which is a nice part of my job! A few have played at Prime Scratchcards for a while, and won a few times, but I’ve also spoken to quite a few who’d only played a couple of times and were very surprised that they’d won so soon. It’s always nice to hear how their winnings will help them, whether it’s for treating the family, going towards a car – it all makes a difference. Most say that they enjoy playing at Prime Scratchcards as there’s no download, the games are very easy to play and it’s a nice way to relax and unwind. That’s what our aim is – so it’s nice to hear we’re doing it right!

You give away £5 to all new players to Prime Scratchcards – how important do you think that is?

We know that Prime Scratchcards is a great brand and we want to show everyone else that. For players who haven’t heard of us before it gives them a chance to see how we operate, and get a taste of the games before they make a deposit. Of course players can play for fun if they prefer, but with the great prizes that can be won playing Prime Scratchcards it would be a shame to miss out!

How often do you have new promotions?

At Prime Scratchcards we’re constantly coming up with new promotions, there’s something on offer every single week. We try to offer our players a mixture of things, so we have deposit bonuses which vary in size from 10% upwards, sometimes on every deposit on a certain day, sometimes on the second or every other deposit; we try to make each bonus a little different. We also have a Monthly Competition which always varies, as well as Surprise Scratch Tuesday, which players can only see when they log into the site every Tuesday. How does new technology affect you?

We welcome anything new, as that means we can offer an even better product to our players. There are also some great animated graphics which players see when they win at some of the scratch card games; for example at Music Room the jukebox lights up, and at Ice Land fish jump out of the ice pool.
