Who are the people behind Bingo Yard?
Bingo Yard was the latest addition to the Prime Gaming stable. We’ve been operating since 2003 and now have Prime Scratchcards, Prime Casino, Prime Backgammon and Mega Casino, as well as Bingo Yard of course.
What made you decide to enter the bingo market?
We’ve had fantastic results with Prime Scratchcards, which is very popular with bingo players, and many of them asked us if we were planning to launch a bingo site. We did some research into this and decided that we could bring our skills and knowledge together to launch a successful bingo site, which Bingo Yard has proved to be.
Which software provider do you use?
After some thought we decided to go with Dragonfish, Not just because they’re a leading software provider but also as we knew our players would love the package they came up with.
What do new players get?
We give new players 20 free cards to start off with, which they can use to try out the site with. We also offer players a 100% bonus for first deposits between £5 – £100 and then a 50% match bonus for other deposits between £20 – £100.
Do you offer a loyalty programme at Bingo Yard?
Of course! We appreciate bingo players have a huge number of sites they can choose from, we appreciate their loyalty in choosing to play with us and make sure we reward them for this. We give them 1000 points when they register with us and then they will get more points by doing things such as playing games and referring friends. Points accumulate and can be redeemed for cash, which players can then buy bingo cards with. Players will see their points in their accounts within 24 hours of them being earned.
What games do you have at Bingo Yard?
We decided to provide both 90 ball and 75 ball bingo games, the latter having become more popular over the years. We have coverall and progressive jackpots, instant and table games, slots, super slots, team bingo, video poker, basically a nice mixture.
Why did you decide to become part of a network?
When a bingo site starts up from scratch they need to attract a lot of players very quickly, to be able to offer decent prizes and a good atmosphere, whereas with a network there are already a huge bank of players. We decided that we would go with the network, not only so we could offer attractive prizes but also to guarantee a great chat environment.
Has the site gone as well as you expected?
We’ve been delighted with the results, especially taking into consideration the present economic climate. We listened to the feedback we got from our players after we launched Bingoyard and made a few changes based on that. We think these modifications, combined with our thorough research, have produced a very attractive package which players seem to like.
What promotions do you offer?
As well as some very nice cash prizes we also run promotions where players can get their electricity, gas and water bills paid, receive mystery prizes and win a 42’’ flatscreen TV. We recently gave away a fabulous Caribbean cruise with some fantastic extras and have an amazing promotion at the moment where players can earn points for a special Christmas game, where we’ll be giving away £10,000 on the 22nd December!
